The notebook keyboard only partially works when some of the keys are unresponsive or do not register when pressed. This can be due to various reasons such as dust or debris stuck under the keys, a faulty keyboard connection, or physical damage to the keyboard. In some cases, the issue can be resolved by cleaning the keyboard or reseating the keyboard connection, but if the problem persists, it may require replacing the keyboard. **

It depends on your specific needs and budget. If you are looking for a budget-friendly option, you may want to consider a used notebook from a reliable brand such as Dell, HP, or Lenovo. Look for a model with a good processor, sufficient RAM, and a decent battery life. If you need a notebook for more demanding tasks such as gaming or video editing, you may want to invest in a higher-end used notebook with a dedicated graphics card and a faster processor. Be sure to thoroughly research the specifications and condition of the used notebook before making a purchase. **

Additionally, consider the portability and ease of use of the cooler, as well as any additional features such as USB ports or adjustable height settings. Ultimately, the best notebook cooler for you will depend on your specific needs and preferences. **

It would depend on the specific condition and price of each option. If the used notebook is in good condition and being sold at a significantly lower price than the clearance notebook, I would consider buying it. However, if the clearance notebook is brand new and being sold at a competitive price, I may choose to purchase that instead. Ultimately, the decision would be based on the specific details and value offered by each option. **
