No, 4K resolution is not only available for YouTube premium members. YouTube offers 4K resolution videos to all users, both free and premium. However, the ability to stream videos in 4K resolution may depend on the device being used and the internet connection speed. Some older devices or slower internet connections may not support 4K streaming. **

One Piece is only available for premium members on Crunchyroll because it is a popular and highly sought-after anime series. By making it exclusive to premium members, Crunchyroll can incentivize more viewers to subscribe to their premium service, which helps support the production and licensing costs of the show. This model allows Crunchyroll to continue offering a wide range of anime content to its users while also ensuring that popular series like One Piece receive the necessary financial support for their continued production and distribution. **

The better option between YouTube Premium and Spotify Premium depends on individual preferences. YouTube Premium offers ad-free access to YouTube, YouTube Music, and YouTube Originals, along with the ability to download videos for offline viewing. If you prefer video content and music, YouTube Premium may be the better option, while if you are primarily focused on music, Spotify Premium may be the more suitable choice. **
